Hand Pallet Truck

Toyolift manual pallet Truck is a hand-powered Truck most commonly seen in retail and personal warehousing operations. They are used mainly for lifting, lowering and steering pallets from one place to another.

The pallet is only lifted enough to clear the floor for subsequent travel. Oftentimes, pallet trucks are used to move and organize pallets inside a trailer, especially when there is no Forklift access or availability.

Available capacity 2.5 Ton to 5Ton.

For Safe operations;

Center the forks evenly under the load to maintain good balance.
Avoid overloading the truck.
Make sure the stability of the load.
Use both forks for lifting a load.
Pull rather than push loads for increased maneuverability.

Maneuvering loads using the neutral position reduces operator fatigue.
Operate at a controllable speed, since hand pallet trucks do not have brakes.
Park the pallet truck out of traffic areas in a safe, level place with the forks lowered.
The handle should be left in the up position to eliminate tripping hazards.
Avoid moving loads up or down ramps.
