Flow Measurement Products & Primary Elements

Engineered differential pressure flow metering equipment designed and calculated in accordance with ISO 5167, AGA Report No. 3, ASME MFC-3M, DIN, and JIS standards.

Orifice Plates & Restriction Spools

GOI International provides standard orifice plates in stainless steel 316L with Raised Face (RF) gasket surfaces and EN 10204 3.1B material certificates. All custom materials, RTJ oval/octagonal configurations, and DIN/JIS standards are readily supplied. GOI International stamps the measured orifice diameter directly onto the tagplate for exact flow computer integration, backed by comprehensive strength calculations against line pressure loss. Single-bore restriction plates and multi-stage restricted orifice (RO) spools are engineered for anti-cavitation and severe noise suppression.

Orifice Flanges & Meterruns

Orifice flanges are provided as standard according to ASME B16.36 with 1/2" NPT flange tappings, plugs, and jackscrews. Complete assemblies include orifice plates, studbolts, nuts, and gaskets, with optional SW, BW, plain-end, or flanged welding nipples. Meterruns are fabricated per ISO 5167, ASME B31.3, and international pressure vessel rules, available with corner, radius, or pipe tappings and dowel pins to ensure exact axial alignment.

Flow Nozzles & Venturi Nozzles

Long Radius and ISA 1932 Flow Nozzles are precision-machined from forged solid bar stock for weld-in installation or clamping between flanges with matched spacer rings and gaskets. Venturi Nozzles (ISO 5167 / DIN 1952) are machined from solid forged bars up to 12" (DN300) for maximum roundness, and forged/rolled combinations for larger sizes with all inner seam welds machined flush with the internal pipe bore.

Classical Venturi Tubes (Types A, B, C)

GOI International provides all three classical Venturi Tube types under ISO 5167: Type A (cast convergent section), Type B (precision-machined convergent section across inlet/outlet ranges), and Type C (machined/honed throat section with rough-welded sheet steel inlet/outlet cones, external structural stiffeners, and integral lifting lugs).

Flow Straighteners & Conditioners

Designed to eliminate fluid swirl, cross-flow velocities, and severe velocity profile distortion where installing sufficient straight upstream pipe length is physically impossible. GOI International provides Zanker, Etoile star-vane, Sprenkle multi-plate, 19-Tube Bundle, AMCA, and AGA/ASME perforated straighteners in any required dimension and metallurgical grade.

Senior & Junior Orifice Fittings

Single-chamber Junior fittings and dual-chamber Senior orifice fittings allowing fast, safe orifice plate inspection and replacement under full line operating pressure without process shutdown, venting, or expensive bypass line loops.

Sample Coolers & Cabinets

GOI International provides sample coolers and automated sampling cabinets designed to cool high-temperature process fluids and boiler blowdown. Coils are supplied in any required metallurgy with Socket Weld (SW) connections as standard, or optional flanged/threaded ends, complete with support legs or mounting brackets.

Strainers & Bird Screens

Covered under our ISO 9001 quality system, GOI International provides T-type, Y-type, bucket-type (basket), and conical temporary start-up strainers manufactured from pipe, fittings, plate, or castings. Each unit is checked for strength and open area ratio to provide optimal equipment protection with minimal pressure loss, supported by WPS/PQR and NDE dossiers. Intake bird screens are supplied in heavy-gauge mesh.

Thermowells

GOI International provides thermowells machined from solid forged barstock in any length or standard drawing profile (threaded, socket-weld, or flanged). Flanged joints are welded by qualified welders backed by complete Welder Qualification Records (WPQR). Extensive stocks of carbon and stainless steels ensure rapid delivery.

Spectacle Blinds, Spades & Spacers

Precision flame-cut from heavy plate material and machined with smooth or stock finish gasket contact surfaces (as well as RTJ male/female grooves). Welded by qualified personnel per ASME B16.48. Sizes over 8" are supplied with integral lifting lugs, complete with client-specified color coding.

Sample & Injection Quills (Retrievable-Type)

Specialized quills designed to safely introduce treatment chemicals or extract fluid samples from pressurized lines. GOI International rigorously evaluates wake frequency, vortex shedding, and unsupported insertion length to ensure mechanical integrity, chemical compatibility, and vibration safety.

Level Chambers, Gaskets & Ejectors

External bypass level chambers (bridles/cages) allow live maintenance and calibration of level transmitters without process shutdown. We also provide Flange Insulation Sets (Type F, E, and D) with dielectric sleeves/washers, Spiral Wound Gaskets rated up to 250 bar (-200°C to +450°C), steam ejectors, and process desuperheaters.
